Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not accept international orders, and all orders ship from a US warehouse. Our items are in stock and ready to ship.

Shipping method and carriers

We offer one shipping method: Standard Shipping. Orders are delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, depending on your address and the size of your order.

Shipping cost

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Delivery time

Orders arrive within 5–11 business days in total from the date you place them. This total already includes:

• Processing: up to 3 business days to prepare, check and pack your order.
• Transit: up to 8 business days with the carrier.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, severe weather and holiday volume can occasionally extend them.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check the latest status at any time on our Track Order page using your order number.

Changing or canceling an order

If you need to change or cancel an order, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Changes and cancellations are only possible before the order enters processing or shipment. There is no cancellation fee, and approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.

Damaged, incorrect or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution at no cost to you. If your package seems lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away so we can try to correct it before your order is processed.
