1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to use this site and place orders. We sell to customers in the United States only and ship to US addresses only.

2. Products, pricing and images

• All products are subject to availability. Product descriptions, prices and images may change without notice.
• Product images are for illustration. Colors and artwork details may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is affected by a pricing error, we may cancel it and refund your payment in full.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order does not mean we have accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including items being out of stock, payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel an order only before it enters processing or shipment by emailing [email protected] with your order number. There is no cancellation fee. Shipping and returns are covered in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including original artwork, illustrations, text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Arcana Soleil and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited conduct

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems or other users' information
• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site
• Scrape, harvest or copy site content by automated means
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Arcana Soleil or others

7. Disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without promises or guarantees of any kind beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arcana Soleil from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Texas, where Arcana Soleil operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration where permitted by law. Either party may still bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the date above shows the latest revision.
