Returns & Refunds Policy
We want every Arcanasoleil piece to feel right once it reaches you. If it doesn't, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free once your return is approved.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition and original packaging, with all tags attached
We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.
Approval is required
Every return must be approved by our support team before you send it back. Items sent back without prior approval may be refused.
How to return an item
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return.
- Wait for approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
- Receive your return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
- Pack the items securely and ship them back using the label.
- We inspect the returned items when they arrive.
- We issue your refund.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label. Please keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been issued.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears. Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you want.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or lost items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution at no cost to you. If your package seems lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
